Shipping policy
Serviceable Locations
We ship across India to all major Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities and most pin codes served by our courier partners. If your address is non-serviceable, you’ll see an error at checkout or our team will contact you.
Order Processing Time
- Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are typically processed on next business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods or high demand, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timelines (Indicative)
- Metros & Tier-1 cities: 4–6 business days
- Tier-2/State capitals & district HQs: 6–9 business days
- Rest of India / remote pin codes (incl. J&K, NE states): 8–12 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery depends on courier operations, weather, strikes, or force-majeure events.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal ≥ ₹1,599 (after discounts, before shipping).
- For orders below ₹1,600, a flat ₹149 shipping fee applies per order.
- Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Multiple Shipments
If an order contains items that ship from different facilities or become available at different times, we may ship in multiple parcels. At no extra cost, you’ll receive separate tracking links for each parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the AWB number and tracking link. Tracking status can take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup.
Address Changes & Non-Delivery
- Please review your address and pin code before checkout.
- If a wrong/insufficient address or unreachable phone number causes RTO (return to origin), we can reship after confirmation; standard shipping fees (₹149 or actuals) apply for reshipment.
- If you choose to cancel after an RTO, we’ll refund the product value minus two-way shipping and payment gateway charges, where applicable.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers usually make 1–3 attempts. If all attempts fail, the shipment returns to us (RTO). See “Address Changes & Non-Delivery.”
Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or leaking, please:
- Record unboxing video/photos clearly showing the issue and shipping label, and
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.springscientific@gmail.com with your order ID, images/video, and a short description.
We will verify with the courier and offer a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible due to courier claim windows.
Undeliverable Pin Codes / Remote Areas
For some remote pin codes, delivery may take longer or may not be serviceable. We’ll contact you if we need an alternate address or to cancel and refund.
Packaging & Sustainability
We prioritize food-safe, tamper-evident packaging and minimize plastic where possible. You may receive recycled or recyclable outer cartons as part of our sustainability commitment.
